Site mapping
The ‘site mapping’ defines on which sites the GRAVITY configuration applies (Figure 8). Like in other configurations, GRAVITY uses ‘Expressions’ to creates Rules which applies in the top to bottom order.
But in contrast with ‘Hotspot mapping’ here is defined when GRAVITY should be activated, and which site value should be used.

The types of an URL can also vary between, ‘DOMAIN’, ‘STARTS_WITH’ and ‘PAGE’. The order of the expression is important and with the different types, expression rules can be built to create special scenarios.
In the example of Figure 8 all URLs are treated the same. GRAVITY will be displayed on all three URLs and all hotspots will appear on all three URLs. Since in ‘Hotspot mapping’ the type ‘PATH’ is used, and no Domain information is stored. GRAVITY then creates the matching URL during the run time of the web application and replace all placeholder with the actual information of the user’s web browser.
