GRAVITY allows to calculate statistics on how many users have seen the content.

Preconditions

  1. Onboarding module should be activated for the corresponding Application

  2. Necessary Goals & Tasks should be created and assigned to the corresponding Application

  3. If applicable, user’s Audience(s) should be created and users need to be assigned as members

  4. Single hotspots has to be assigned to corresponding Goal & Task.

  5. Sequential hotspots has to be assigned to corresponding Goal & Task. Changing of Goal/Task on any step leads to reassignment of the complete sequence. I.e. possibility to assign steps to different goals or tasks is not supported.

Definition of “Done“

  • For single hotspots without option “Need user confirmation“ the task is considered as “Done“ when user clicks on “Close“ button.

  • For single hotspots with option “Need user confirmation“ activated the task considered as “Done“ when a user marks checkbox “Got it“ as checked. Actual value of the checkbox is used, i.e. if user unchecks it, the task is treated as “ToDo“ again.

  • A sequence considered as “Done“ when all the hotspots of it are treated as “Done” (same behavior as for hotspots with “Need user confirmation“ active described above).

  • If a Task has multiple hotspots assigned, the task is considered as “Done“ when all the assigned hotspots are “Done“ based on rules described above.

  • If a Goal has multiple Tasks assigned, the Goal is considered as “Done“ when all the assigned tasks are “Done“.
