SAP SuccessFactors

Support Page Configuration

To add callouts to the help page of SAP SuccessFactors, add the following URL to the ‘Site Mapping’ configuration where you home/start-page is configured.

ga.support.sap.com/dtp/viewer  Type: STARTS_WITH

'Start/Home' landing page

Since the start page have different URLs depending from where you are redirect (home & start), you need to configure the GRAVITY ‘Hotspot Mapping’ the way GRAVITY saves/treat a hotspot equal.

Continuous Performance Management

Since the CPM-module behave differently than other SAP SF modules the normal way of using templated hotspots don’t work in the CPM-module. Since in this module only templates are needed please use the following configuration for GRAVITY ‘Hotspot Mapping’:

Limitation

Support Tab

You can not place a callout on closed support blade. Since the tab who indicated the support content is in fact a 'button' which is not supported by GRAVITY at all.

Landing Page Modals

Some tiles on the landing page are showing more details in am modal view. That view is constructed in a way that GRAVITY can’t properly define where elements should be.

landing page modals

If a hotspot is placed in the header (A) GRAVITY can find the element and works as expected. If a hotspot is placed somewhere else on the modal (B), GRAVITY will lose that element, and will display it on the landing page top left corner.

If the modal is open and GRAVITY is activated all hotspots will be shown on the modal.
