GRAVITY uses cookies to store user’s identification of logged-in users therefor permission of third-party cookies is one of the client requirements.

If third-party cookies are blocked, visual symptoms depend on GRAVITY auto-login option for the target application:

  • if the target application has GRAVITY auto-login option activated, the GRAVITY control will not be shown for such users at all;

  • if users must provide their login manually, GRAVITY control will be shown only in non-authorized state allowing users to enter their login, but after that it will disappear and will come back only after reloading of the page, but still in non-authorized state.

Possible solutions

Solution 1: Contact your help desk or system administrators to allow GRAVITY servers on Enterprise level.

Solution 2: Allow GRAVITY cookies in your browser manually:

Chrome:
1. Open chrome://settings/cookies
2. Scroll to “Sites that can always use cookies“
3. Add “[*.]gravity.global“ as a such site


Edge Chromium:
1. Open edge://settings/content/cookies
2. Click on “Manage and delete cookies and site data“

3. Allow “[*.]gravity.global“ to save cookies
